Wyndel Harvey is the operations practice group leader at Popp Hutcheson. Wyndel has over 29 years of experience managing property tax compliance and consulting operations for national portfolios. Prior to joining Popp Hutcheson, Wyndel was the co-owner of Sentinel Property Tax Advisors, providing property tax services in the areas of personal property compliance, audit defense, and financial planning. Wyndel also spent seven years with Burr Wolff LP, serving as director of national compliance and director of major engagements.

Wyndel has focused the last 15 years of his career on the operational aspects of property tax with emphasis on process accuracy, efficiency, automation, and accountability. During this time, he has been involved in specifying, developing, and implementing a wide range of client reports in the areas of tax accruals, budget forecasting, and administrative process visibility.

Wyndel graduated from Victoria College with Honors and attended the University of Houston-Victoria, majoring in Computer Science.
