Andi J. Hoyt, JD, re-joined Popp Hutcheson in 2020 and serves as an Associate Attorney. She represents commercial real estate properties, with a focus on big-box retail, office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels.

Andi originally joined Popp Hutcheson in 2011, working as an office assistant. In 2013, she became a full-time member of the firm’s Operations department, focusing on account management and the filing of the firm’s protests and lawsuits. During that time, Andi became a licensed Property Tax Consultant in the state of Texas in 2016. After 5 years at the firm, Andi left Popp Hutcheson to attend law school and returned after licensure to join the PH legal team.

Andi earned a dual B.A. with honors from the University of Texas in 2013 and received her juris doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020. She served as the secretary of the Student Bar Association, a Senior Editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Law Review, and as a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Phi Alpha Delta. At WashU, she received a Certificate in Public Interest Law and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She was also awarded the Dean’s Service Award in 2020. As a military child, Andi spent most of her childhood in Abilene, Texas before calling Austin her home in 2009.
