John Murphy is Director, Real Estate Assessments. John previously spent 7 years with Walgreens, the last four years as Walgreens Real Estate Tax Manager. John brings over 19 years of valuation experience to the PGH Team.

John has a BA from Valparaiso, as well as his MBA from Roosevelt University, with a concentration in real estate. John is an active member of IPT, having earned his CMI designation in 2008.
